For families across McNairy County, Lynnfield Place has been a familiar name for years. It's a place where a parent or grandparent can keep their independence, their friendships, and their sense of home, with caring hands nearby around the clock.

We keep our community small on purpose. With room for around 48 residents, our staff has the time to learn names, habits, and stories, not just charts. It's the kind of place where someone notices if you skip breakfast, and asks why.
